‘Everything Everywhere All At Once’

The 2023 Best Picture winner, Everything Everywhere All at Once, is now streaming on Netflix, and it is like no movie you’ve ever seen before. Starring acclaimed kung-fu actress Michelle Yeoh, the movie follows a woman who unexpectedly finds herself hopping through the multiverse. But these are not the kind of vanilla multiverse realities you see in Marvel movies. These multiverses include a universe where everyone has hot dogs for fingers, a universe where everyone is a rock, and a universe where Pixar’s Ratatouille is real. But beneath all the absurdity, laugh-out jokes, and dazzling costumes, this is a heartfelt, touching family drama about mothers and daughters. I have never cried so hard at a movie with such an explicit butt-plug joke.

‘All of Us Strangers’

Look, sometimes you just need a good cry, and right now, there's no better movie to put on if you want to feel your feelings than All of Us Strangers. The romantic drama is now streaming on Hulu after a short theatrical run last year. I found that All of Us Strangers is best experienced when you know as little as possible going in, but trailers... One of the best and most beloved dramas of the '90s is finally on streaming! Northern Exposure follows neurotic big city lawyer Joel Fleischman (Rob Morrow) as he is forced to work as a small town Alaskan doctor to pay back his student loans. The quirky drama is a classic "fish-out-of-water" set up as the New Yorker consistently butts heads with... Read more

‘Meet The Robinsons’

Meet The Robinsons is not only one of my favorite Disney animated movies, but also one of the most underrated in my opinion. Viewers first meet Lewis, a 12-year-old inventor growing up in an orphanage. After his Memory Scanner is taken by the Bowler Hat Guy and his hat/sidekick Doris, Lewis meets a boy named Wilbur Robinson. The two travel to the... Read more

‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ Season 12

Larry David is bringing his masterpiece Curb Your Enthusiasm to an end, and he's going out with a hilarious final season. In typical Larry fashion, he's still managing to get himself into some horribly cringey situations, and has tapped some fresh guest stars to help him out — including Bruce Springsteen and Stacey Abrams. While we'll miss our... Read more
