Drew Barrymore is leaving little to the imagination. On this morning’s episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, the beloved actress grossed out her trusty co-host Ross Mathews by referring to her nipples as her “little sausages.”

The cringey comment came up during a new game called “Gimme the Brief,” which Barrymore and Mathews played with Drive-Away Dolls stars Margaret Qualley, Beanie Feldstein and Geraldine Viswanathan.

“Since Drive-Away Dolls revolves around a briefcase that contains something you would never expect, we thought to celebrate the film, we would fill these briefcases behind us with some questions that are classically Drew — which means a little wackadoo,” Mathews explained.

Feldstein took the first question, which asked for her ideal HILF — or historical figure she’d like to fuck.

“Well, we all have heard about Eleanor Roosevelt,” she sheepishly said. “So I’d maybe like to have a chat with her — just a chat — about what she’s into, who she likes, just maybe open her up a little bit.”

Things, however, took an awkward turn when Barrymore picked a briefcase that asked, “What’s your favorite euphemism for the areas we can’t name on PG-rated TV?” She then went on to explain a breast cancer awareness segment she previously taped.

“Well, for breast cancer awareness, we were playing this game about how to self-exam and then I called these my little sausages,” she said, pointing to her nipples.

The revelation prompted Mathews to scrunch up his face in disgust, with Barrymore asking, “Is that ’cause you’re gay or ’cause it didn’t look good?”

Mathews replied, “Yes to both.”

This isn’t the first time Barrymore has managed to make Mathews’ stomach turn. During an October 2022 episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, the RuPaul’s Drag Race star didn’t know how to react after Barrymore admitted she has picnics in bed with her kids.

“A bed picnic? You’re trying to kill me with a bed picnic,” he said. “My worst nightmare.”
