Hilary Swank Reveals Why She Hasn’t Reprised Her ‘The Next Karate Kid’ Role on ‘Cobra Kai’ During ‘The Drew Barrymore Show’: “No One’s Ever Called Me”
Oscar-winning actress Hilary Swank teamed up with hunky Reacher star Alan Ritchson for the new drama Ordinary Angels, which is based on a true story. Luckily, we have you covered on all the ways you can watch it!
Directed by Jon Gunn, Ordinary Angels tells the true story of a struggling hairdresser (Swank) who makes it her mission to help a widowed father (Ritchson) save his critically ill daughter’s life.
So, where can you watch Ordinary Angels? Is it on Netflix? What about Max?
Here’s everything we know about the upcoming movie:
WHERE TO WATCH ORDINARY ANGELS:
As of now, the only way to watch Ordinary Angels is to head out to a movie theater when it releases on Friday, Feb. 23. You can find a local showing on Fandango. Otherwise, you’ll just have to wait until it becomes available to rent or purchase on digital platforms like Vudu, Apple, YouTube and Amazon.
WILL ORDINARY ANGELS BE ON AMAZON PRIME VIDEO?
While a digital release date has not yet been announced, we can make an estimate on when Ordinary Angels will become available to rent or purchase based on a previous movie distributed by Lionsgate. Saw X joined digital on Oct. 20 — about three weeks after its theatrical debut. If Ordinary Angels follows the same trajectory, you may be able to watch from the comfort of your home as early as Friday, March 15.

WILL ORDINARY ANGELS BE ON HBO MAX?
No, Ordinary Angels will likely not be available on Max (previously known as HBO Max) since it is not a Warner Bros. Discovery film.
WILL ORDINARY ANGELS BE ON NETFLIX?
No, Ordinary Angels will not be on Netflix — at least not any time soon. While it’s possible the film may come to the streamer at some point in the future, you’ll just have to head out to a movie theater or wait for it to become available on digital platforms in the meantime.
