“I was honored to be in the audience of a show I watch almost every day,” he wrote, urging fans to tune in to Tuesday’s episode, where he said they “might see a familiar face.”

The show’s official TikTok page chimed in, writing in the comments section, “And we were honored to have you stop by! ❤️.”

The “Three Wooden Crosses” singer nearly lost his life after a 2013 stroke, which landed him in a coma, per TODAY.com. He developed aphasia and struggles with speaking, and the right side of his body was rendered partially paralyzed, per the Glen Falls Chronicle.

According to the Associated Press, Travis became a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2016, where he wowed the audience by performing a portion of “Amazing Grace” alongside his wife, Mary Travis.

The documentary Randy Travis: More Life was released in 2022, and as noted by Decider contributor Benjamin H. Smith in his More Life review, it had “started out as a concert film honoring the 25th anniversary of his triple platinum debut album, 1986’s Storms of Life.” However, the film ultimately also followed his journey to recovery.

As for The Price is Right, the show launched Season 52 last September. New episodes air weekdays on CBS. Paramount+ with Showtime subscribers can stream episodes live, while Paramount+ Essential customers have access to next-day streaming Check out Travis’ TikTok above.
