Anyone But You is now available to buy on digital platforms. It’s a little late for this digital release to be a Valentine’s Day treat, but the mood of love is still in the air, so we’ll allow it.

Starring Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell, Anyone But You is a loose, modern-day adaptation of William Shakespeare’s romantic comedy, Much Ado About Nothing. Sweeney stars as the Beatrice character, aka “Bea,” a law student who hits it off with a charming finance bro, Ben (Powell), at coffee shop. She spends the night… only to hear Ben shit-talking her to his roommate the next morning. When they run into each other six months later, a different sort of sparks are flying.

It’s your classic enemies-to-lovers trope, courtesy of the bard himself. Though critics didn’t love Anyone But You—the movie currently has a 53 percent on the review aggregation site Rotten Tomatoes—the film was a surprise box office hit. In fact, with a total box office of $189 million, it’s now the highest-grossing live-action Shakespeare adaptation of all time. Maybe that’s why Sony kept the movie in theaters for two months—rather than the now-typical one-month run—before releasing Anyone But You on digital.

Here’s what to know about the Anyone But You digital release, including where to watch Anyone But You on streaming, and when Anyone But You will be on Netflix.

How to watch Anyone But You on streaming:

When will Anyone But You be streaming on Netflix?

Anyone But You will likely be on Netflix before the summer of 2024. Netflix has a deal with Sony Pictures that gives the streamer the rights to the Sony movies in the “Pay 1” window, meaning the first streaming window after the film’s home media release. Other recent Sony movies, including The Pope’s Exorcist and  No Hard Feelings, came to Netflix about four months after opening in theaters. If Anyone But You follows a similar release strategy, you may see Anyone But You on Netflix around April 2024.

In the meantime, you can watch Glen Powell and Sydney Sweeney steam up the screen by buying the movie on digital.
