President Joe Biden made a recent appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, where he took a moment to assuage voters’ concerns about his octogenarian status — while still taking shots at his opponent’s age.

After Biden, 81, joked that his age was “classified” information, host Seth Meyers still pressed the POTUS about his age, noting that it’s become “a real concern for American voters,” according to recent polls.

Biden promptly shut it down, and slammed Donald Trump in the process.

“Number one, you got to take a look at the other guy — he’s about as old as I, but he can’t remember his wife’s name,” Biden said, referring to a recent incident in which Trump, 77, called his wife Melania by the name “Mercedes” during a speech. “Number two, it’s about how old your ideas are.”

He continued, “Look, I mean, this is a guy who wants to take us back. He wants to take us back on Roe v. Wade. He wants to take us back on a whole range of issues. After 50, 60 years they have been solid American positions.”

Biden later accused Trump of lobbying lawmakers to block the bipartisan border legislation, which in turn blocked aid being sent to Ukraine.

“Why? Not because he doesn’t think it’s good, but because it could benefit Biden,” he said. “That’s no way to run a country… Even when we had real divisions back when I was a young senator among Democrats and Republicans, that wasn’t the way it worked.”

At another point, the President also addressed conspiracies that he is in “cahoots” with Taylor Swift to gain support for the Democrats ahead of the 2024 election.

Biden, wearing a pair of sunglasses inside, replied after a pause, “Where are you getting this information? It’s classified.”

“But I will tell you, she did endorse me in 2020,” he added.
